I have been using my sauna on a regular basis three to four times a week over the past two years. I have found that it is great for relaxation, controlling weight, stiffness, cleansing toxins and all over feeling healthy. The other day when a rogue part failed and caused the sauna to shut down. I was extremely impressed with your prompt service and follow up to see that things had been rectified.

It is great to see there are still some companies operating in a professional manner.

I have used the HealthMate infra red sauna I bought from NZ WELLNESS for about two years and wouldn't be without it now.  It really helps with getting me back into real time after working shifts and is a great time out and compulsory relax time,where the stresses just melt away.  My fitness has improved tenfold and I haven’t suffered sinus (which used to be a constant problem for me) since using it regularly.  It is also a must to help reduce the effects of lactic acid build up after an extra long run.

What has impressed Chris and me even more than the wonderful product is the help and service NZ WELLNESS give - Time and effort were given completely voluntarily to come personally and sort out a small problem with scorching on the back rest, it gave me great peace of mind and I am sure going to recommend NZ WELLNESS for reliability and professionalism.

Having moved three times since first purchasing our HealthMate I can confirm how easy it is to put up and down, it is an amazing design and really simple to use.

Thanks NZ Wellness! The Sauna is absolutely wonderful.

My arthritic elbow has improved out of sight! My circulation has improved and I really look forward to having my half hour out everyday, just to relax, burn my oils and meditate. I now can say yes I can find the time for myself and I look forward to my Sauna everyday. My wife and myself met you at your HealthMate display in the Auckland Home Show and was speaking to you about the saunas you ask for a Testimony in regards to our Healthmate Sauna that we have had for 13 years.

Ok. We bought our HealthMate Sauna second had from a women who herself had it for 8 years and in turn we now have had the HealthMate Sauna for going now for 13 years. It is a wood cedar sauna with a mechanical timer and thermostat and splits in to two halves for transport.

My wife and I uses it almost every night religiously and it's been fantastic for everything from a hard days work in the garden to relieving sore muscles from playing sports, to aching from having the flu to wanting to feel refreshed and relaxed. Even my sister who has arthritis in all her joints uses it to easy the pain in her joints and even my two young daughters now are starting to use the HealthMate sauna.

Of all the years we have used the HealthMate, we have never ever had to replace, repair any component of the sauna. It always worked every time we turn it on, and never faulted. We both are very happy with the sauna, even though at the time we paid a lot of money, it was the best single piece of furniture/health equipment we have bought and will ever buy. I would recommend an infrared sauna to everybody who was serious about their health and beauty. As for the health benefits, well that’s another happy story in it's self.

We were thinking of getting a spa to use, but when I compared the running costs and the maintenance of a spa, the HealthMate sauna was the cheapest to run by a long shot and as for maintenance, that goes with out saying.

This is just to let you know what a difference jumping into the sauna each day has made into my life. I am a MSD sufferer (Musculoskeletal disorder) and for months have been suffering from intense and disabling pain in the nerves, muscles and tendons. The pain was sufficient enough for me to have to stop work as I could no longer drive and/or work on the computer. Two weeks after starting my 45 minutes daily routine in the sauna the pain is almost unnoticeable. I have tried everything under the sun to alleviate the pain associated with this condition so you imagine how grateful I am that I decided to trust your experience, listen to your recommendation and choose to ‘give it a go’. Now that I have mentioned the most significant benefit of immersing myself in this daily bath of infra red light, let me brush over everything else … skin looks and feel 10 years younger, weight is dropping and my energy level is at its best in years! From my heart, thank you again for bringing this into my life. You are the best!

I am writing this letter just to say thank you so much for the experience you have made available to me with my infrared Sauna. It has been a wonderful health giving tool that not only I have benefited from but also many friends and acquaintances. It is funny how much you want others to share your experiences when you have good ones hence the reason for this letter. Some of the experiences I would like to point out are one, the small amount of time it takes to get underway, ten to fifteen minutes and we are ready to go. After just a couple of sessions the time it takes to get up a profuse sweat is next to nothing and once you are done its amazing how energized you feel and also how clean your skin feels. The feedback I have from my friends and to which I would agree is that it’s easy to sit in the sauna for long periods without getting overheated and uncomfortable. This is certainly one of the best purchases that I have made in my life and I thank you for all the support and service you have provided me.
